These general terms and conditions (hereinafter referred to as the Terms) define and regulate the legal relations between Fiestastore.am company (hereinafter also referred to as the Company, We) and the Fiestastore.am website (hereinafter also referred to as the Website) related to the services provided by the Company.

Fiestastore.am is an online shopping platform that allows the consumer to find the product he needs, make an online payment and order its delivery to the address he specified. The Website, with photos, search capabilities, provides the visitor with complete information necessary for making a purchase.

1.1. Orders are accepted online through the Fiestastore.am website, or by calling the phone numbers listed on the website.

1.2. On the Fiestastore.am website, you select your preferred product, indicate the address where it should be delivered, your phone number, your preferred time - day and time, and provide additional information, if necessary. Having your landline or mobile phone numbers, our delivery person can contact you and make clarifications. If necessary, you can complete the order placed online by contacting our call center and asking the operator to add the necessary product to your order.
